Fried Fresh Salmon w/kale & dandelion greens

Trying a new dipping sauce looking for a healthier version not fond of the coconut taste. Try it and let me know what you think.

Ingredients

  1. Fresh Salmon
  2. Fresh dill
  3. Bread crumbs
  4. Old bay seasoning
  5. Garlic powder
  6. Bell peppers
  7. Green onions
  8. Bella mushrooms
  9. Sea Salt
  10. Grapeseed oil
  11. Dill dipping sauce (healthy version)
  12. Coconut milk yogurt unsweetened
  13. Fresh dill chopped small
  14. Small cucumbers chopped small
  15. to taste Lime zest

Steps

  1. Bell peppers, green onions, Bella mushrooms sauteed

  2. Add number 1 to fresh cut up salmon, old bay seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt, panko bread crumbs, and blend together

  3. Form into patties and refrigerate for a hour. Fry on both sides in grapeseed oil

  4. Fresh dill, coconut milk yogurt, dairy free, lime, dipping sauce
