1. Lemon pepper,turmeric,garlic powder and,onion powder
  2. Deep fryer,vegetable oil
  3. Buttermilk,black pepper and Louisiana fish coating


  1. Season fish with the seasoings above, or if u prefer your own thats okay as well then place fish into a dish ?

  2. Next add buttermilk to fish then set in the fridge for about 30 mins now take the fish out set aside for a couple of mins…you do not want to add cold fish to oil

  3. Once the fish meets room temperature coat inside the lousiana muxture then place in a 350 degree heated deep fryer

  4. Fish will float to the top once its done…be reminded does not take a long time to cook so make sure you watch it?✌
