- Lemon pepper,turmeric,garlic powder and,onion powder
- Deep fryer,vegetable oil
- Buttermilk,black pepper and Louisiana fish coating
Season fish with the seasoings above, or if u prefer your own thats okay as well then place fish into a dish ?
Next add buttermilk to fish then set in the fridge for about 30 mins now take the fish out set aside for a couple of mins…you do not want to add cold fish to oil
Once the fish meets room temperature coat inside the lousiana muxture then place in a 350 degree heated deep fryer
Fish will float to the top once its done…be reminded does not take a long time to cook so make sure you watch it?✌
