I love sardine fish.but not from the can. I love it fresh.so I figure out how to make one dish from it but not from the can. So here it is,it is perfect for your child too,except don’t use chili and less canola oil.it become like this due to I fry tomato firs. Sorry no pictures for the step as usual because my baby busy watching her teletubbies show
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Water
- Tomato
- Red onion
- Lemongrass
- Ginger
- Garlic (not in the picture)
- Chili (optional)
- Fresh sardine fish
Steps
Prep all your ingredients as below in the pictures.At first I boil my sardine fish and remove all the flesh from the bone.
Heat your cooking pot and cooking oil,fry all your ingredients herbs except red onion,until fragrance. Then add in your tomato and fry until it get wet and soft and then add in red onion.
Then add in your sauce,that you mixed with water earlier with the pepper n salt. Stir it all well and until the gravy get thick then finally add in the sardine flesh.mixed stir and mesh it well,keep add in abit of water now and then to make sure it is not too dry and to taste it. Mixed it for about 3-4minutes it is done. Happy try
