Ingredients

  1. 1 can chick broth (10oz)
  2. 1/2 cup salsa
  3. 2 cups uncooked instant rice

Steps

  1. Mix broth, water, and salsa in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until boil.

  2. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 mins.
