Eggs Florentine (luncheon dish)

Ingredients

  1. Cooked spinach
  2. Little cream
  3. Eggs
  4. Hollandaise sauce
  5. Paprika
  6. Grated cheese

Steps

  1. Grind cooked hot spinach add cream season well place in serving dish.

  2. Place poached eggs on top of spinach.

  3. Add hollandaise sauce and paprika.

  4. Serve

  5. Or serve poached eggs on mounds of hot corned beef hash.

  6. Add paprika.
