1. 4 potatoes (usually use russet or red)
  2. Drizzle of oil, spoonful butter
  3. Dash seasoning


  1. Cut potatoes in quarters

  2. Put in bowl and drizzle enough oil to saturate potatoes

  3. Add your seasonings, I like rosemary, cayenne and garlic powder. Enough for your tasting

  4. Cook for 15 minutes, flip add lemon juice half a lemon and I cut other half for garnish cook until your liking about 5 more minutes
