Ingredients
- 4 potatoes (usually use russet or red)
- Drizzle of oil, spoonful butter
- Dash seasoning
Steps
Cut potatoes in quarters
Put in bowl and drizzle enough oil to saturate potatoes
Add your seasonings, I like rosemary, cayenne and garlic powder. Enough for your tasting
Cook for 15 minutes, flip add lemon juice half a lemon and I cut other half for garnish cook until your liking about 5 more minutes
