Fresh peaches are available now, so I used them!


  1. 1/2 C butter, melted
  2. 1 C flour
  3. 1 C sugar, or 1/2C white, 1/2C brown
  4. 1 C milk
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. 6-7 peaches, peeled and sliced, or 1 15oz can- drained


  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Pour the melted butter into a lightly greased 8″×8″ baking dish.

  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and milk in a bowl to combine. Pour the batter over the melted butter. Do not stir.

  3. Place the peaches on top of the batter and bake for 30 minutes. Now stir the mixture to get well combined. Bake for another 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream! Yummy
