Easy corn casserole

Ingredients

  1. 14 oz canned creamed corn
  2. 14 oz canned corn, drained
  3. 8.5 oz corn muffin mix
  4. 1 jalepeno, deseeded and chopped finely
  5. 2 eggs lightly beaten
  6. 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  7. 3/4 cup sour cream
  8. Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl till well combined. Pour the batter into casserole and bake for 50- 55 minutes until set. Serve warm.
