Ingredients
- 14 oz canned creamed corn
- 14 oz canned corn, drained
- 8.5 oz corn muffin mix
- 1 jalepeno, deseeded and chopped finely
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper
Steps
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl till well combined. Pour the batter into casserole and bake for 50- 55 minutes until set. Serve warm.
