1. 1 (2 ltr) dr. Pepper
  2. 1 large onion (cut in quarters)
  3. 5 cloves garlic-smashed (I use minced garlic in a jar, about 3 tsp.)
  4. 2 tsp liquid smoke
  5. Ribs (I use 10 boneless, but bone in work too)
  6. 1 bbq sauce (of choice)

  1. Place everything, except BBQ SAUCE in a large pot, bring to a boil.

  2. Turn down to simmer, cover until tender (about 25 minutes)

  3. Drain, Place into a baking dish, and cover with bbq sauce, bake on 350 for 30-45 minutes.

  4. I have heard that these are great with other Soda as well, like Cola, Root Beer, or the Cherry Dr. Pepper 🙂
