Ingredients

  1. Fish
  2. 1 thumb-sized ginger
  3. 2 med sized onion
  4. 3 med sized tomatoes
  5. Malunggay leaves (moringa olifeira)
  6. Pumpkin flower
  7. String beans
  8. to taste Okra salt

Steps

  2. Fry the fish until golden brown

  3. Boil water in the pan with other ingredients like onions, tomatoes and ginger. Season it with salt

  4. Add the fried fish and simmer for 5-7min

  5. Add the string beans and okra…simmer for 5 more minutes

  6. Finally, the malunggay leaves and pumpkin flowers…let it boil for another minute

  7. Transfer in the serving bowl….let’s eat !
