Delicious and Nutritious! It’s even keto if you swing that way! This is wifey’s favorite snack to get from the deli, but that’s expensive & these are super easy, so I made our own. 🙂

Ingredients

  1. 5 oz Parmesan block
  2. 1 dash salt
  3. 1 dash basil (optional)
  4. 1 dash rosemary (optional)
  5. 1 dash garlic powder (optional)
  6. 1 dash red pepper flakes (optional)
  7. 1 dash pepper (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350• F and Finely Grate Parmesan cheese ? block, preshredded cheese will not work!

  2. Cover a cookie sheet with parchment ? paper, transfer spoonfuls of Parmesan onto cookie sheet, and gently flatten them into potato chip sized piles, leaving them about 2 inches apart.

  3. Sprinkle with salt to taste, and your favorite mixture of spices. All the ones listed are just suggestions. I did all sorts of combos like rosemary & garlic powder, basil & red pepper, etc.

  4. Place in oven for 3-5 minutes, until edges JUST start to brown. The difference between delicious and burnt is less than a minute!

  5. Let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack for about 5 minutes until crisp.

  6. FINITO! Take a cooksnap & tell us what spices you decided to use!
