1. 2 cups quick oats
  2. 3 ripe bananas
  3. 1 tea spoon Cocoa
  4. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  5. Melted butter
  6. 1 tbsp olive oil and dried red grapes
  7. 1/2 wheat flour


  1. Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl.

  2. Add melted butter and Olive oil and stir

  3. Add two cups of quick oats, cocoa, dried grapes and brown sugar

  4. Mix well and add, wheat flour bit by bit until it forms a thick consistency.

  5. Divide them into balls, make them flat and bake for 30

  6. Take them out, and serve
