Easy to prepare for a classy serve


  1. 3 tbsp Mayonnaise (kewpi mayo if available)
  2. 1 1/2 tsp Honey
  3. 1 pc Lemon
  4. 1/2 tbsp Condensed milk
  5. Salt
  6. Shrimps (deveined, peeled and tail removed)
  7. Tempura powder
  8. Cold water
  9. Cooking Oil


  1. Combine the mayonnaise, honey, zest of lemon, lemon juice and a little salt. Mix well and set aside.

  2. Add the the tempura powder into the shrimps with 1/2 cup cold water. Mix well.

  3. Heat pan with cooking oil and deep fry the coated shrimps.

  4. Add the cooked shrimps into the mayo mixture and mix well.
