Ingredients
- Dip fried fish
- Coconut cream
- 1 onion
- 3 tomatoes
- Garlic crushed
- Corriander
- to taste Salt
- Cooking oil
Steps
Cut your onion into cubes,put in pan together with your crushed garlic.
Add enough cooking oil then put on fire.
Once your onions are golden brown, add your tomatoes that are cut into cubes.
When your paste in soft enough,add your coconut cream mix well add fish
Leave to cook under law heat for 10 minutes.
And your coconut fish is ready you can serve it with rice or ugali.
