This is going to satisfy not only your cinnamon roll craving but also your cupcake craving! This recipe is super easy, fast, and super delicious!


  1. Cupcakes
  2. 1 1/2 cup AP flour
  3. 1/2 cup white sugar
  4. 1/2 cup butter
  5. 2 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 2 medium-sized eggs
  7. 1/2 cup whole milk
  8. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  9. Filling
  10. 1/4 cup butter
  11. 1 tsp cinnamon
  12. 4 tbsp light brown sugar
  13. Glaze
  14. 1/2 tbsp cream cheese
  15. 1 cup powder sugar
  16. 2 tbsp milk


  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius. (350 degrees Fahrenheit)

  2. Using a hand mixer, blend butter and white sugar together for about 2 minutes or until fluffy.

  3. Next, add vanilla extract and add one egg in at a time and blend well.

  4. Add the flour and baking powder, blend well with a hand mixer. Once the flour is combined well, gradually add the milk.

  5. Line your cupcake tin or mold and fill each cupcake liner to about 1/2 full.

  6. Let’s make the filling. In a small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon together with a fork.

  7. Using a piping bag make a thin swirl on top of the cupcake batter with the filling. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

  8. Meanwhile, let’s move on to making our glaze. In a medium-sized bowl combine powdered sugar, milk, and cream cheese using a whisk.

  9. Drizzle the glaze on by using a piping bag, spoon, or fork.

  10. Delish!!!
