Ingredients

1. 2 cups sugar
2. 1 cup water
3. 1.5 cups Hershey chocolate syrup

Steps

1. Heat and stir water and sugar until sugar is dissolved

   

2. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate syrup until well blended

   

3. Pour over shaved ice

4. Refrigerat leftovers
