Ingredients

  1. Slices garlic and ginger
  2. 1 bundle Chinese spinach

Steps

  1. Wash Chinese spinach then trim. Soak in salt water for 30 mins then wash again.

  2. Heat a wok then add oil. Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant then toss in the Chinese spinach. Mix well then add a little salt then cover and cook.
