I use this on everything! Chicken, steak and pork. Then I usually grill. Serve with rice and beans or maduros
Ingredients
- Bundle cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves
- Half a small onion
- Jalapeno deseeded
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- Tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Salt to taste 2 tbl
- Pepper
Steps
Seperate 1/2 cup into Ziploc bags. Freeze for marinades.
