I use this on everything! Chicken, steak and pork. Then I usually grill. Serve with rice and beans or maduros

Ingredients

  1. Bundle cilantro
  2. 2 garlic cloves
  3. Half a small onion
  4. Jalapeno deseeded
  5. 1/4 cup white vinegar
  6. Tsp sugar
  7. 1/2 tsp cumin
  8. 1/4 cup olive oil
  9. 1/2 tsp oregano
  10. Salt to taste 2 tbl
  11. Pepper

Steps

  1. Seperate 1/2 cup into Ziploc bags. Freeze for marinades.
