Wanted to use the homemade chickpea flour that we made in a coffee grinder
Ingredients
- 2 cups chickpea flour
- 1.5 cups water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp quick rise yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Pinch salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 tbsp dried chives
- 1/2 tsp chili peppers
- 1 tbsp diced garlic
- Shredded cheese to top after back
Steps
Mix all ingredients except cheese while preheating oven to 350′
Line pan with parchment paper and fill with mix
Bake for 1 hr or until brown edges appear the top with shredded cheese to melt
