Wanted to use the homemade chickpea flour that we made in a coffee grinder

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups chickpea flour
  2. 1.5 cups water
  3. 2 tbsp olive oil
  4. 3 tbsp quick rise yeast
  5. 1 tbsp sugar
  6. Pinch salt
  7. Dash pepper
  8. 1 tbsp dried chives
  9. 1/2 tsp chili peppers
  10. 1 tbsp diced garlic
  11. Shredded cheese to top after back

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients except cheese while preheating oven to 350′

  2. Line pan with parchment paper and fill with mix

  3. Bake for 1 hr or until brown edges appear the top with shredded cheese to melt
