I first tried this at Nicky’s Mexican restaurant and loved it so I knew I had to make it!!!


  1. 3 large Avocado
  2. 3 chicken breast
  3. Shredded cheese
  4. 4 pieces bacon


  1. Cut chicken into bite size bits,Mix with Chicken to coat. At this time you want to dry your bacon.

  2. Cut avocado long ways and remove the seed,after chicken is cooked scoop into Avocado and sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits, bake at 350* for about 10-15 mins. Just until cheese is melted.

  3. I served with homemade Mexican Rice,and Garlic Crescent Rolls
