- 350 gram all purpose flour
- 250 gm chicken (with out bone)
- 2 green chillis chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 teas spoon ginger crushed
- 2 teas spoons garlic chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 teas spoon coriander leaves chopped
- Water as required
- 1 table spoon oil
At first take a deep mixing bowl poured the flour and add a pinch of salt and add water as required to make a soft dough. Then greesh it with 1table spoon oil Then left the dough for 20minutes in normal temperature and cover with a fresh soak cloth.
Next paste the chicken with the help of a mixer grinder and take an another bowl then poured the paste chicken and add into this the chopped onion, choped coriander leaves,chopped garlic, chopped green chilis, salt to taste, crushed ginger mix it very well and make a filling and keep it aside.
Now using a rolling pin, flatten the balls into square shape and add the mixed chicken stuffing in the centre. Then bring the edges close and secure them to make a momo. Repeat this step with the remaining balls.
Now transfer the prepared momos in a steamer for 20minutes.
At last serve it fresh chutney as your choice. Enjoy the hot momo with chutney or soups.
