  1. Step 1 ingredients
  2. 1 stick butter
  3. 2 cups chicken stock or broth
  4. 1 rotisserie chicken (deboned)
  5. 1 chicken bullion cube
  6. 2 cups water
  7. 1 can cream of chicken soup
  8. 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  9. Step 2 ingredients
  10. 2 cups bisquick
  11. milk


  1. Put all step 1 ingredients in a big stock pot and bring to a low boil

  2. Mix bisquick and milk until it is fairly thick but still sticky to the touch. You want to be able to spoon the dough into the boiling mixture using little spoonfuls. Just cook the dumplings until they are tender, usually about 15 minutes or so. If the broth gets too thick you can always add extra stock and water to thin it. Add salt and pepper to taste
