Leftover produce. My tomatoes were going south so I sliced them thick and grated parm and garlic over them and broiled them as a side for steak and baked potatoes. Not bad at all!! ?


  1. 3 large slicing tomatoes, sliced thick
  2. Fresh grated parm over each
  3. Dribble olive oil over each
  4. Sprinkle them all with salt pepper and garlic powder and season salt


  1. Slice tomatoes and put on a parchment lined baking sheet.

  2. Sprinkle with all the ingredients and broil on high for about 5-6 minutes. When they come out the skins will peel right off after they’ve cooled a bit.

  3. We put them on crackers or just as they are
