1. Cooked rice
  2. For paste: Red chili, coriander seed, grated coconut, garlic,Fennel Seeds
  3. For tempering:curry leaves, cashew,cumin seeds
  4. Veg ; Thinly sliced brinjal,salt.turmeric.thinly sliced onion


  1. Dry roast the ing for making paste.Heat oil. do tempering,add veg,add paste.stir well and cook in low flame for 10-14 mins. Finally add cooked rice and mix well.
