- 3-4 Bunches Fresh Coriander Leaves,
- 5 or more pieces of fresh Green Chillies; stalks removed,
- 8 or more nails of Garlic,
- Thumb-size Ginger, peeled and diced
- Coconut is optional
Take a blender/mixer or any suitable grinder.
If you have decided to include coconut, put this one into the grinder, and grind it fine.
Add the Ginger, Garlic and Green Chillies and grind it into a fine paste. Add a few drops of water if and when necessary.
Add a dash of lime juice to taste.
Add salt to taste.
In paste form, it is a great smear on toasts.
In a little watery form, serves as a great dip just for anything.
