Ingredients

  1. 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  2. 7 cups washed bok choy
  3. 1 teaspoons kosher salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  5. 1/2 teaspoon granulated onion powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder

Steps

  1. Heat the oil to very hot. Wash the bok choy then chop it up.

  2. Let dry. Wilt in pan sauté for 10 minutes add seasonings.

  3. Sauté till tender for about 30 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
