Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

This recipe is low calorie, refreshing, and can be used as a snack on Pesach

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  2. 1-2 Tbsp. Splenda or other sweetener
  3. 1 cup frozen blueberries

Steps

  1. Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth

  2. Transfer into ice cube tray and freeze for 2-3 hours until beginning to freeze

  3. Transfer back to food processor and blend again until smooth.

  4. Refreeze in 2 containers until completely frozen.

  5. Makes 2 servings – count each serving as a snack. Enjoy!
