Ingredients
- 1 can your preferred beans
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- as needed Water
- Vegetable oil
Steps
Blend the rice and beans in the blender with the garlic powder and salt
Add water until the mixture is about the viscosity of pancake batter
Coat a nonstick pan with vegetable oil, and heat it to medtium
Pour the mixture in palm-sized circles and cook on medium
Peek on the bottom side of the bean item and flip when it’s solid
