1. 1 can your preferred beans
  2. 1 cup cooked rice
  3. 2 tsp garlic powder
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. as needed Water
  6. Vegetable oil


  1. Blend the rice and beans in the blender with the garlic powder and salt

  2. Add water until the mixture is about the viscosity of pancake batter

  3. Coat a nonstick pan with vegetable oil, and heat it to medtium

  4. Pour the mixture in palm-sized circles and cook on medium

  5. Peek on the bottom side of the bean item and flip when it’s solid
