- Bamboo shoot
- Coconut milk
- Prawn or cuttlefish
- Small Chili (cabai rawit)
- Red chili
- leaf Kafir lime
Slice the bamboo shoot into slim noodle like form, boil it with salt for about 15 minutes. Discharge the water.
Grind all herbs except for the galangal and kafir lime leaf. Galangal and kafir lime leaf are slice into julienne.
Simmer the ground herb, galangal and kafir lime leaf until producing fragrance. Add the bamboo shoot.
Add prawn or cuttlefish then boil until it is well cook. Ready to serve
