Ingredients

  1. 200 gr oat flour
  2. 30 gr almonds in pieces
  3. 150 ml almond or nut milk
  4. 50 gr coconut sugar
  5. 20 gr soya butter
  6. 1 small egg
  7. 1 tsp dry yeast
  8. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  9. 1 pinch salt
  10. 1 apple in small pieces
  11. 1 tbsp Cinammon

Steps

  1. Cut the apple (any kind in small pieces)

  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients and stir. Put also the apples and give another light stir. Let it get firm in the fridge for an hour.

  3. Make small bites with help of 2 spoons and put them in a tray.

  4. Preheat the oven in 170 degrees and bake them for 12-15 minutes depends the oven.

  5. Let them cool in the tray for 15 min and….enjoy!!!!
