Ingredients

  1. 4 chicken thigh
  2. 4 cups chicken stock
  3. 3 table spoon all purpose flour
  4. 2 Potatoes
  5. 2 onion sliced
  6. 1 carrot
  7. to taste Salt pepper
  8. Canola oil

Steps

  1. Heat up oil in the pot

  2. Put chicken in the heated oil brown them for 4-5 minutes each side
