Ingredients
- 4 chicken thigh
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 3 table spoon all purpose flour
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 onion sliced
- 1 carrot
- to taste Salt pepper
- Canola oil
Steps
Heat up oil in the pot
Put chicken in the heated oil brown them for 4-5 minutes each side
Take out the chicken put in all vegetable sweat them little bit
Take half cup of chicken stock to mix with flour
Pour in flour mixture stir to combine
Pour all the remaining stock let it simmer 20 minutes
