    DIRECTIONS

  • Place the fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, peppers, cilantro, lime juice, 2 teaspoons cumin, 2 teaspoons sugar (if using–I omitted), and salt in a food processor.Pulse until the contents are fine and well blended.
