Zara attracted lots of amiration when she claimed to have lost three stone. She has since snapped herself in the gym showing off her toned figure more.

“Being the best version of myself is something I’m going to go into 2021 believing and I am going to make my life motto.”

Zara posted some videos to her account, showing how she performs squats with heavy weights to tone her legs and behind.

The latest post came after Zara told fans she’d lost a whopping three stone.

The TV star took to her Instagram to share before and after pictures.

Celebrating her weight loss on her Instagram stories, she wrote: “Can’t believe how far I’ve come!

“The first pic of me was a girl who never exercised and ate whatever she wanted.”

Zara gave a clue to her followers as how she slimmed down, reccomending eating healthy foods.

She went on: “She wasn’t unhappy or insecure about weight…but she knew that she needed to start exercising, eating more fruits and veggies and making wiser choices in order to be healthier.”

Fans commented on her new physique. One said: “Wow u look amazing.

“So stunning girl! You’ve done such a great job with your fitness journey, major inspiration.”

From one star of TV to another of screen, Rebel Wilson’s weight loss has inspired many too. 

She has lost 4.4 stone on a weight loss journey in the past year.

The Pitch Perfect star set herself a target of reaching 11.8 stone or 75kg.

She told her 9.3 million followers: “It’s hard when I talk about the emotional stuff. It’s hard. I can do this.

“I wasn’t valuing myself and telling myself negative things. That was hard.

“I’m trying to change those patterns, so you’re more loving and treating yourself with respect.”
