The woman shared her weight loss befoe and after pictures to Reddit, and also revealed she is 32 and 5’5″. Her starting weight was 16 stone three pounds, and she lost an impressive three stone five pounds in total.

The woman, who used the username jroldan148, responded to comments under her picture post to reveal how she achieved the impressive transformation.
She wrote: “I started off doing keto & intermittent fasting- it really helped kickstart my metabolism & the fat just melted off within months.”
One user asked: “Looking great! How long did you fast per day?”
The slimmer replied: “I’m going to say between 15-17 hours. I’d usually start my breakfast at 9am and eat my last meal around 4pm-6pm.”
What is the Keto diet?
The keto diet, or ketogenic diet, is a low-carb diet plan.
Dieters may only eat low carb foods, such as lean meat and dairy. The idea of the diet is to put the body into a state of ketosis.
This is an alternative metabolic rate in which the body burns fat instead of carbohydrates to survive.
What is intermittent fasting?
Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting.
The reason that this trick is so popular among slimmers is that intermittent fasting doesn’t limit a slimmer to which foods to eat, but rather when they should eat them.
Most people already “fast” every day, while they sleep. Intermittent fasting can be as simple as extending that fast a little longer.
A slimmer can do this simply, eating their first meal at noon and their last meal before 8 pm.
Then a slimmer would be technically fasting for 16 hours every day while restricting their eating window to eight hours. This is known as the 16/8 method.

He said: “My top tips came down to two simple things.
