Jamie Oliver will appear in the latest episode of Jamie’s Meat-Free Meals tonight.
The chef will inspire with his recipes, no doubt, but his weight loss has also inspired fans.
Essex-born Jamie has revealed how he lost two stone, and it relates to his new programme.
Tonight Jamie will make a vegetarian chilli, a spiced parsnip soup and meat-free pasties.

It is eating in a meat-free manner that Jamie has credited for his weight loss.
He Jamie told the Radio Times of his amazing new look: “I pushed meat down, pushed veggie up, got more sleep and more movement.”
He made one simple food swap, which he also claims has health benefits beyond weight loss. Jamie swapped meat for nuts.
“They make you half as likely to have a heart attack. Feed them to your kids as well,” he said.
Additionally to swapping meat for nuts, Jamie also cut down on alcohol.
“Your average Brit drinks booze. I’m not telling you what to do, but my rhythm now is only to drink at the weekend,” he said.
“It’s about a consciousness and knowing you’re doing something and being more mindful.”
However, he was keen to add he did not hugely restrict his diet.
“I lost 12 kilos quite quickly and I didn’t do it through not eating.
“I ate a lot, more than I was used to.”
Cutting down on alcohol has weight loss benefits established by many scientific studies.
Many forget about the calories in alcohol when dieting, but they can be substantial.
“Alcohol is calorie and carbohydrate-packed meaning that not only does your wallet suffer – but so does your waistline,” Geeta Sidhu-Robb award winning holistic health specialist, nutritionist and life coach told Express.co.uk.
