She told The Sun in 2018 how she quit sugar to achieve her incredible physique.
She said: “I used to have a sugar addiction. I could eat 10 packets of Haribo a night but I eventually cut sugar out of my diet,’ she admitted.
“I replaced some of it with sugar-free fizzy drinks, but those are bad for me too so now I’m on water.”
What else does the star eat? Davina ensures she eats lots of protein, and her snacks include nuts, hummus and prawns.

Davina exercises four to five times a week.
She told the Mail Online: “I fit in exercise wherever I can. This afternoon before the school run I will try and fit 10 minutes.”
Davina appears to workout 24 hours a day. However, she has assured her followers that is not the case.

She has said: “I don’t think diets work. It’s all about portion control.
“My husband cooks for me and sometimes I ask, ‘How many people are coming round?’.”
