Made In may have only entered the cookware field four years ago, but that hasn’t stopped the direct-to-consumer company from developing a devoted fan base. Not only has the brand become a mainstay in professional kitchens across the country, but its limited-edition launches continue to sell out within hours. The latest must-have from the brand? Its tough-as-nails sheet pans, which also sold out within hours of its release. Twice.

A solid sheet pan is the foundation of a great meal. From low-lift pizzas and slab pies to speedy chicken dinners, the streamlined workhorses are key to quick, delicious, and fuss-free recipes that make everyone happy. Plus, there’s the added bonus of fewer dishes to clean. And Made In’s pans are top-notch. Originally developed with BBQ legend Matt Horn for his new brick-and-mortar in West Oakland, California, the sheet pans are made from commercial-grade aluminum with an 18-gauge thickness that’s tough enough to handle temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (as well as trips to the freezer) without warping.

Stay up to date on what healthy means now.

“You can tell there’s extreme craftsmanship and an obsession with developing the craft,” Horn said of the launch back in May. “I feel like that’s something that aligns with Horn Barbecue as well. In order to have great products, you need to have extraordinary tools, and Made In offers that.”

Like all of Made In’s products, the pans are made to hold up in professional kitchens.  Manufactured in Wisconsin, they are thick enough to accomodate big batches without buckling while still heating evenly and consistently. They feature raised, encapsulated rims that not only provide versatility when cooking or baking, but also make the pans a breeze to clean since food can’t get trapped in nooks and crannies. What’s more, Made In has kept the sheet pans characteristically affordable. The half sheet pan is just $25 and the quarter sheet pan costs only $19.

It’s no wonder that the pans are cult-favorites. They sold out in just four hours during the initial launch, then again when the brand posted about a restock on Instagram and its private Facebook group last month. Made In rushed to produce more pans and starting today, you get a third chance to snag one of these pro-approved tools yourself. But we wouldn’t dilly dally—the pans had a 3,000-person waitlist and are sure to sell out again. Shop the link below, and you’ll have a new favorite in the kitchen, too.
