The ombré shade, which has us dreaming of clear blue waters, is now a color option for 16 different products, including a number of skillets, mugs, cocottes, and crock-pots. Prices for the Cool Mint collection range from $20 to $370—and some items are already sold out, while others are on sale, so we suggest buying something before it’s all gone!
Cool Mint is “a refreshing burst of flavor to wake up your culinary décor,” as Le Creuset’s blog declares. Some of our favorite picks include the Signature Skillet, Mini Round Cocotte, Round Dutch Oven, Braiser, and the Bistro Mug.
So, what was the inspiration behind the creation of Cool Mint? “The first warm breezes of the season and the promise of lingering meals enjoyed on the patio.” To create this color, a mix of “soft light and dense shadows” were used as “a joyous and uplifting way to embrace the change of seasons.” Oh and it’s named after one of our favorite ice cream flavors. What’s not to love?!
This refreshing collection was made in collaboration with QVC, and it’s only available for a limited time, on LeCreuset.com, QVC.com, and in Le Creuset’s stores. Might we suggest taking a cue from Le Creuset and pairing your Cool Mint purchases with pieces from their Meringue and Nectar collections (which can be found here and here!)?
