Melt butter over medium heat in medium saucepan.Add flour and stir until smooth.Add water or broth slowly while stirring.Heat until slightly thickened.
In a large bowl, combine chicken with soup, water mixture, peas and carrots, stuffing and poultry seasoning, Mix until well blended.
Put mixutre into a sprayed square baking pan.Cover with foil, bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
