    DIRECTIONS

  • Mix the honey, soy sauce, brandy, chilli powder and sesame seeds in a jug.
  • Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces.
  • Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat and stir fry chicken for 5 minutes or until brown all over. Pour the honey mixture into the wok and continue to stir fry for a further 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
  • Served over steamed rice or egg noodles.
