INGREDIENTS

  • 3tablespoonsMiracle Whip
  • 1tablespoonlight sour cream
  • 4ounceslight cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1tablespooncapers, rinsed and drained
  • 1tablespoonred onion, finely diced
  • 1tablespoonlemon juice
  • 1teaspoonhorseradish
  • 3ouncessmoked salmon, coarsely chopped
  • 1ouncesmoked salmon, finely chopped for garnish
  • 4dasheshot sauce
  • 1tablespoondill, chopped
  • DIRECTIONS

  • In a food processor, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, capers, red onion, lemon juice, horseradish, and 2 oz. smoked salmon; process until smooth, about 20 seconds. Transfer to a bowl and stir in remaining 2 oz. smoked salmon.
  • Transfer smoked salmon mixture into a serving bowl and top with fresh parsley or dill. Serve with bagel chips.
