I’ve wanted to get into candles for a while now, but something about the process of becoming a Candle Guy has always struck me as intimidating. It can be hard to know what scent feels “right”, and I’m always shocked by how much a decent candle seems to cost.

Maybe I should’ve just been sourcing my scented candles from a Mexican fast food chain this whole time, because that’s now possible thanks to a new Qdoba holiday offering. Just in time for the holidays, they’ve dropped a specially-scented candle made to mimic the olfactory sensations produced by their three-cheese creamy queso.

The cheesiest gift you can give to the #QDOBA lover on your list. The #quesocandle goes on sale Tuesday at 1PM ET on theqdobashop.com.

If you really want your home to be blessed with the smell of cheese dip, you’re going to want to act quickly. These things go on sale in the Qdoba shop today (December 10th), and if recent precedent for smell-based fast food gifts is any indication, these specialty candles are probably going to sell out sooner rather than later.

While Qdoba earns credit for producing something that can make your home smell like mouthwatering melty cheese, this is far from the first time that a popular food has received the candle treatment. From steak-scented candles to a KFC gravy candle and even an Etsy shop creating candles that let you get a whiff of your favorite soda, there are a plethora of ways you can torture yourself by capturing the smell (but not the taste) of your favorite foods.
So if you know a certified queso fiend or a big Qdoba fan who you haven’t crossed off of your holiday shopping list, consider getting over to Qdoba’s online store and grabbing this gloriously scented candle for $10 ASAP. At the very least, it’ll be one of the cheesiest stocking stuffers you can get a hold of this Christmas.
