    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange oysters in half shell on crumbled aluminum foil in baking pan. In a bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, seasonings, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well, then remove 1/2 cup of mixture and set aside. Add crab meat, pimento, and green pepper to the remaining sauce. Spoon on top of oysters. Top with the reserved sauce. Bake for 6 minute or until golden on top and cooked through. Garnish with paprika and parsley. Serves 1.
