Marks and Spencer has a whole range of festive goodies hitting the shelves in December. From starters, to mains, to puddings, M&S has everything you can think off. They have also added 14 new lines to the range including more vegetarian and vegan food than the shop has ever seen before. Customers can explore the full festive range online now, with some exclusive items that can be pre-ordered from today.
With our celebrations being smaller this year, M&S’ festive range is sure to help you still enjoy Santa’s big day.
For starters, there are food items like king prawns, chicken doughnuts and camembert.
With a festive twist on the king prawns, this delicious starter is wrapped in alder smoked bacon to recreate the popular pigs in blankets which are seen in shops every year at Christmas.
The king prawns cost just £7.
The chicken doughnuts are battered British chicken breast in ring shapes which come with their own BBQ sauce and waffle crumbs for dipping.
The Tear & Share handcrafted cheese puff pastry with molten Camembert will be in shops for £12 and instead of offering crusty bread with the cheesy dip, M&S have included cheddar and regatta buttery pastry puffs.
Mini beef and porcini filled Yorkshires are also on the menu too for £7.
April Preston, Director of Product Development at M&S, said in the press release: “This year, customers have been telling us they want to embrace the spirit of Christmas more than ever. We won’t want to confine Christmas to one day, we’ll be looking to extend the festive season and turn it into a series of moments, celebrating with loved ones in whatever way we can.”

From baked ricotta stacks to a mushroom and camembert pie, food lovers have a lot on offer this year.
Slow-cooked British pork belly feast with crispy crackling and a pork and apple jus is also available for £35.
The classic Christmas foods like turkey, sausage rolls and chocolate pudding are also available to pick up.
Side dishes start at £5 with the likes of cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets and stuffing balls to complete your dinner.
Some food items will be available in stores right now, with others dropping onto the shelves between now and Christmas.
This year, Marks and Spencer has also launched a festive Colin the Caterpillar cake, which features red chocolate detailing and a Santa hat.
It costs just £10 and will be available to purchase in store from December 19.
The range of Caterpillar cakes has proven to be very popular with M&S expanding over the years and the range now includes a Connie the Caterpillar cake, jelly sweets and mini logs.
For those with a sweet tooth, plenty of pudding options are available with prices starting at just £1.
Mince pie cookies mix the classic mince pie with an all-butter spiced cookie and costs £1 per cookie.
Vegan puddings are also on the menu with a delicious Plant Kitchen chocolate torte which is made with dark chocolate ganache on a biscuit base and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder and a snowflake decoration.
With 60 food items on offer this year, shoppers can check out their full range on the M&S website.
