Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over medium low heat.
Once melted, remove from heat. Stir in eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Stir in flour, nuts and chocolate chips JUST until combined. You don’t want to over-mix or you could get tough brownies.
Pour batter into greased baking dish and spread into an even layer. Bake for 24min. Cool on a wire rack then dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
