Marks & Spencer has added more choices to its food range. Customers can pick up a Plant Kitchen meal deal and new ice creams.
As temperatures soar across the UK, many Britons will stay cool with a scoop of ice cream.
M&S has launched four new ice cream flavours with something for everyone.
The retailer is offering Afternoon Tea, Chocolate Millionaires, Lemon Meringue and Percy Pig flavours.
Posting on social media, M&S wrote: “ICE CREAMS OF DREAMS! Our new collection comes in three retro British-inspired flavours: chocolate millionaire’s shortbread, afternoon tea (with real sponge cake pieces and jam!) and lemon meringue. Which will you choose?”
Fans were quick to share their excitement at the thought of trying the new products.
One wrote: “M&S pulling it out of the bag again.”
Another added: “I need all of this,” while a third said: “They look lovely.”
One more shopper questioned what the allergy information was and the retailer explained they contain milk and wheat.
Some shared their concerns as the products did not serve all dietary requirements.
One wrote: “Gutted they have wheat in them.”
A second added: “Sadly none of these as they don’t sound like they are gluten-free.””Gluten free please,” a third pleaded.
Another said: “I wish they were gluten free – how nice do they look?”
If looking for a more substantial meal, M&S customers can get their hands on a new meal deal.
The retailer has recently expanded its plant based range and the products are now available for a dine in option.
Costing just £8, customers can pick one main, one side and one dessert.
Mains include Plant kitchen No Chicken Kiev, Plant Kitchen Melt in the Middle Fish Cakes and the new Plant Kitchen Beef Steak Pies.
The sides on offer include Plant Kitchen Creamy Mashed Potato and new products Plant Kitchen Green Veg Medley and Plant Kitchen Sweet Potato Fries.
To top it off, hungry shoppers can pick from Plant Kitchen Churros, Plant Kitchen Chocolate Pots or Plant Kitchen Strawberry Cheesecake Wedges for dessert.
Marks & Spencer introduced its plant based range in January 2019.
They have continually added to the range and the new meal deal is the first exclusively plant based meal deal the retailer has had.
