DIRECTIONS Meatballs: Combine ground chicken, egg, almond flour, parmesan cheese and dried thyme and form into 15 meatballs. Place meatballs in fridge for 15 minutes to firm up. Slice deli ham and Swiss cheese into small squares and stack squares (3 ham and 3 cheese alternatively). Remove meatballs from fridge and push one ham and cheese stack in the center of each meatball and roll back into shape. Cook in air fryer at 400°F for 10 minutes.
