  • 2 ham steaks, diced 3/4-inch
  • 14 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 14 teaspoononion powder
  • 14 teaspoonpaprika
  • 18 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 14 teaspoonsalt, all to taste
  • Directions

  • In a frying, heat oil and carefully saute onions for approximately 4 to 5 minutes.Add potatoes, continue to cook until potatoes start to brown.Add diced ham and stir, continue to heat for 3 to 4 minutes.Season to taste with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper and salt.
