    DIRECTIONS

  • Cook hamburger till it’s done. Approx. 10 minutes on medium cooktop setting.  Mix in beans, pepper and parsley. Add sauce. Mix till all covered nicely. Approx. 10 minute Let sit on low setting while you carve out Pepper Pumpkins. Wash and clean out seeds in the peppers. Air dry and then fill with mixture.
  • Bake in muffin tins approximately 20 minutes.
  • Serve while hot.
