Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Bourbon
- 4.5 ounces Cereal Milk*
- 2 teaspoons confectioners sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Rainbow sprinkles, to garnish
Cereal Milk
- 3 cups Milk (or any milk alternative you prefer)
- 1 cup frosted flake cereal
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How to Make It
Step 1
Make the Cereal Milk: Soak 1 cup of frosted flakes in 3 cups of oat milk for 20 minutes. Using a mesh sieve, strain frosted flakes, pressing out any excess liquid but not mushing through the sieve. Discard cereal and stir in sugar and salt until dissolved. Cereal milk can keep in the fridge for up to 7 days.
Step 2
Make the Punch: Combine everything except the sprinkles in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and top with sprinkles.
